Q. I have low income, do I have dental benefits?

Ans. Yes, your child will be covered by ministry until they are 19 years of age.

Q. I want to get dental work done in the hospital under sleep, I am covered?

Ans. Yes, if you require multiple extractions or you are mentally or medically challenged.

Q. I have dental insurance, do I have to pay?

Ans. We will bill your dental insurance and you will only be responsible for your portion of the bill if you don’t have 100% coverage.

Q. How soon should my child start getting dental exams?

Ans. As soon as they have teeth they should start going to see a dentist; around the age of 6-12 months.
